If you order and pay for your items before 12.00am (noon) GMT, every effort will be taken to post your merchandise out to you on the same day. However, there may be circumstances that will prevent this and you will therefore be notified by email with information about the dispatch of your order.  The aim is to post within 1 working day of your cleared payment.

All merchandise is thoughtfully packaged, to provide as much protection as possible for your merchandise whilst in transit.  Items are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and/or bubble wrap.  A secure plastic bag or brown paper wrapping is used for the outer package.  Sunglasses are tissue wrapped and posted out in a lightweight cardboard box.  All wasted packaging materials and paper products are recycled.

Catwalk Creative wants your shopping experience to be a pleasant one. That’s why every product comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  However, to save you the frustration of receiving an item that doesn’t fit properly, Catwalk provides you with accurate measurements which you can use against a similar piece of clothing to see if the fit will be suitable.  You are also provided with a helpful size guide and conversion chart. In addition, each item has a full, detailed description. Remember that most of the merchandise sold by Catwalk Creative is genuine vintage so if there is a fault, it will be noted in the description and the price will reflect that too.

However, in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, simply email (within 2 days of receiving your merchandise) for a full refund including your original postage & packing fee.  Please note that you are responsible for paying your own return postage.  Your refund will be issued via the same means the item was paid for originally.

Merchandise should be received back within 7 days of receipt (Mon-Fri). Please email catwalkcreative@googlemail.com. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and without any damage.  Any sign of usage (including cigarette and perfume smells) will terminate this guarantee. 

It is recommended that you return your parcel by a recorded method. Please also retain your proof of postage. Catwalk Creative cannot be held responsible for the safe delivery of returned goods and will only process a refund once the merchandise has been received back.  Please note: returns are not accepted for lingerie, swimwear items or pierced earrings, for health and safety reasons. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for money.
