ITEMS ACCEPTED BY CATWALK CREATIVE

1) Vintage and retro clothing and accessories in good, wearable condition.

2) Pre-owned clothing and accessories from the middle to top-end of the high street in excellent, clean condition.

3) Designer clothing and accessories in new or nearly new condition.

4) Lingerie and nightwear (camisoles, petticoats, robes and nightdresses) in excellent, clean condition.

5) Interesting one-off pieces (see example below).

ITEMS NOT ACCEPTED BY CATWALK CREATIVE

1) Counterfeit items and fakes.

2) Cheap and cheerful modern clothing and accessories from the bottom-end of the high street (eg. Primark, Evans)

3) Damaged, dirty or marked items.

4) Underwear and swimwear (unless they are unworn an still have tags).


DRESS AGENCY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Before sending your item(s) to Catwalk Creative, please complete the contact form and read the following terms and conditions very carefully.

Only gently used items in pristine condition will be accepted for sale at Catwalk Creative. Please refer to the suitability guidelines noted above before sending an item. If you are in any doubt as to a particular item’s suitability, please email using the contact form. Catwalk Creative reserves the right to refuse to list any item, and if your item is deemed unsuitable for sale on this website (or other media), you will be notified by e-mail. The item will be returned to you upon receipt of the appropriate return postage within 10 working days (payment via PayPal please). If you do not make contact within one month, the item will be donated to charity.

When you send Catwalk Creative your item(s) for sale, you must include a completed Item Description Form (click here to download this file). Please complete it and take two copies. Retain one for your own records.

Please also send proof of authenticity, such as an original receipt, for any ‘designer’ item and retain a copy for your own records. If you do not have the original receipt, please send an email to catwalkcreative@googlemail.com or complete the contact form (see main menu tab).  Acceptance of your item will be at Catwalk Creative's discretion.

I will confirm receipt of your item(s) by e-mail and, after careful examination for marks and flaws, indicate the price I would expect to realise and the anticipated timescale for listing the item(s). You should note that, depending on Catwalk Creative’s current stock list and seasonal factors, there may be a delay in listing your item(s). Catwalk Creative will store your item(s) carefully until sold or returned to you. In the event of loss or damage, Catwalk Creative’s liability will not exceed the price at which the item would have been offered for sale.

Each item will be offered for sale on the Catwalk Creative website or through other appropriate media (eg. Etsy or Specialist Auctions) for a period of four months at the price agreed. It may also be marketed directly to my established mailing list of potential buyers. Please be assured that your personal details will not be divulged to a third party.

When it is sold, I will send you, within 10 working days of the sale date, a payment for the item’s actual selling price less Catwalk Creative’s commission of 40% plus seller fees (if applicable). This is subject to a minimum charge of £10 per item. If it does not sell within four months, it may be offered at a reduced price for two further months. In the event that it remains unsold after six months, you will be notified by email and the item will be returned to you if you send the appropriate return postage within 10 working days (payment via PayPal please to catwalkcreative@googlemail.com. If I do not receive your return postage within one month of my email notification, the item will be donated to charity.

Should you wish your unsold item to be returned to you at any other time, I will do so immediately upon receipt of the appropriate return postage plus an administration fee of £5 per item. The administration fee covers the following: taking photographs of the item, taking measurements, writing a full description. listing fees (if another media has been used other than the Catwalk Creative website) and general maintenance and storage.
